Supplemental Terms and Conditions for the Business Class Website

Your Agreement to the Terms. This Business Class website (the “BC Site”) is operated by Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (“Blakes”). The BC Site provides profiles on professionals, articles, publications, information, events, data and other materials (the “Content”).  The BC Site is made available to you subject to your compliance with these Supplemental Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use of the Blakes.com website and the terms and conditions of the Blakes Privacy Statement, which are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to the BC Site (collectively, the “Terms”). By accessing or using the BC Site, you represent and warrant to us that you have the capacity to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by, and comply with, the Terms and represent that you understand and can agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by, and comply with, the Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the BC Site.

Legal Advice Not Provided. The Content does not constitute legal or other professional advice. The Content should not be relied upon as accurate, reliable, complete, current, timely or fit for any particular purpose, without receiving advice from a lawyer or other relevant professional. You should seek specific legal advice by contacting a Blakes Personnel or your own legal counsel in relation to your specific legal issues. Registration. In order to access certain features of the BC Site, you will be asked to register and provide contact information. You must provide us with true, accurate, and current information. You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity. If we have reason to suspect any such information you provided is not authorized, correct, current, or complete, we may among other remedial options refuse you access to the BC Site or any of its resources without notice.  The personal information you provide to us in relation to your registration will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Blakes Privacy Statement.
